Hello everyone,
I would like to introduce you to my Border Collie named Angell In Your Shadow I Can Shine. Angell is not only an important member of our family but also an outstanding professional in the field of Animal Assisted Services (AAS), where he participates in Animal Assisted Treatment (AATx), Animal Assisted Education (AAE), and Animal Assisted Support Programs (AASP).
Angell has undergone special training and has passed a rigorous selection process, testing his personality, emotional stability, and ability to adapt to environments where these animals contribute to improving human well-being. I actively work with him three times a week in sectors such as healthcare, education, and social work, placing great emphasis on his well-being, ensuring sufficient regeneration, and free time for relaxation and play.
Angell is also a key figure in the Animal Assisted Psychotherapy program, which is part of AATx. In this type of therapy, dogs play a crucial role, requiring not only special training but also continuous education and adherence to ethical standards in the field of human-animal relationships.
Angell together with my Border Collie Chilli, are part of the team at Dovera health insurance, which supports our programs in a psychiatric clinic where we have been working with these dogs for 5 years. I am proud of how our dogs contribute to improving the quality of life for many people in Slovakia.
Angell is also an officially breeding dog, registered with the Czech Border Collie club, with above-standard health results and genetic tests. For more information about his health and work, please see the details below and visit [link to his work].
Thank you for your support and interest in our work and our dogs.
